AI Adoption Specialist (f/m/d)

• Consult with customers and key stakeholders to evaluate functional requirements for AI and data applications
• Develop and deliver awareness and training materials tailored to various audiences
• Ensure that AI design and development activities are properly documented and updated
• Promote awareness of AI limitations and benefits
• Support an AI adoption strategy that aligns with the organization’s vision, mission, and goals
• Test how users interact with AI solutions and gather feedback for continuous improvement
• Maintain current knowledge of advancements in AI Ethical Principles and Responsible AI
• Lead and motivate people to adopt AI solutions through cultural, organizational, or other types of change

• Knowledge of computer networking concepts and protocols, and network security methodologies
• Understanding of risk management processes and cybersecurity principles
• Ability to communicate complex information, concepts, or ideas confidently and clearly
• Strong interpersonal skills to engage with all levels of the organization, including senior executives and operational personnel
• Familiarity with cloud computing service models such as SaaS, IaaS, and PaaS

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field
• 1+ years of experience in AI implementation and automation of workflows
• Proven track record of successfully leading AI projects and initiatives
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills
• Strong project management skills and the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously
