Life as an AI Creative Lead

As our AI Creative Lead, you bring strong conceptual thinking together with hands-on mastery of advanced AI workflows, elevating projects from early ideas to refined, high-impact outputs. In this role, you won’t just work with AI — you’ll define how it evolves our creative process. Working closely with our cross-disciplinary teams, you’ll push boundaries, set quality benchmarks and drive hybrid production approaches that combine strong creative thinking with smart, AI-powered workflows.

Requirements and Responsibilities

• Lead Creative Vision: Drive AI-powered concept development across campaigns, pitches and brand narratives, ensuring ideas are strategically strong, visually distinct and creatively ambitious.
• Shape Visual Direction: Develop storylines, moods and visual worlds that merge traditional production thinking with advanced AI workflows — with an eye for clarity, aesthetics and emotional impact.
• Produce Hybrid Outputs: Combine AI generation with classic editing, photography, design or motion techniques to deliver refined, execution-ready results that go beyond "AI-only” looks.
• Explore and Innovate: Test, refine and introduce new AI tools — across image, video, 3D assistance and ideation workflows — continually expanding LOOP’s creative capabilities.
• Translate Ideas into Reality: Turn early concepts into finished, high-quality outputs with autonomy, precision and strong creative judgment.
• Collaborate and Elevate: Partner with other creatives to shape ideas and push AI-driven creative directions independently, ensuring a consistently high level of ambition and output.
• Enable and Inspire: Take an active role in shaping LOOP’s AI standards and continuously moving the topic forward through knowledge sharing, team enablement and new ideas.

At LOOP, we believe great work deserves fair pay — and that transparency builds trust. For this role, the gross annual starting salary (full-time, based in Austria) is EUR 55,000. That’s our baseline for candidates who meet the key requirements. If you bring more to the table — deeper experience, sharper skills — we’re ready to reflect that in your offer. Our internal compensation framework is designed to keep things fair, structured, and clear.
