We are a young, ambitious brand ready to scale – and now we are looking for a Creative Director & Equity Partner to join us as a true co-creator.

Aufgaben

As our Creative Director & Equity Partner, you will:

• Define and lead the creative direction and brand identity of Beloma.
• Develop a content engine across Instagram and beyond (concepts, reels, campaigns, storytelling formats).
• Shape the visual language and tone of voice that differentiates Beloma in the beauty & wellness market.
• Collaborate closely with the founder on positioning, messaging, and growth initiatives.
• Experiment, test, and refine creative concepts to drive reach, conversion, and community engagement.

Qualifikation

• Proven background in creative direction, brand strategy, or content creation.
• Strong sense of aesthetics, cultural trends, and digital storytelling.
• Entrepreneurial drive: you thrive in lean setups, think big, and execute fast.
• Passion for beauty, wellness, or longevity is a big plus.
• Hands-on skills (e.g. video editing, design, or copywriting) are highly valuable.
