Business Officer & Controller (all genders)

• Full-time (38,5 hours per week)
• € 3.743,- and € 5.518,- per month
• Business Office / Vienna

Your responsibilities:

• Oversee and coordinate the day-to-day operations of the ERP system, ensuring smooth usage and resolving technical issues with external support as needed.
• Monitor and present regular reporting on the end-to-end procurement process, including purchase requests, requisition approval timelines, purchase ordering, goods/services receipts, and order tracking.
• Conduct financial, statistical, and other business analyses to provide insights and support decision-making processes.
• Monitor and control budget expenditures, highlighting variances and supporting corrective actions.
• Serve as the key point of contact for Business Office-related system administration and process optimization.
• Lead or participate in cross-departmental projects related to ERP system enhancements, process improvements, reporting, and continuous improvement initiatives.

Your qualification:

• University degree in Business Administration
• Excellence knowledge in German and English
• 2-5 years relevant working experience (accounting, controlling, procurement)
• Strong understanding of business processes and administration
• Knowledge of budgeting, financial reporting principles
• Profound knowledge of Excel, BMD or similar ERP systems
• Well organised and good communication skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• Ability to interact positively in an international educational environment
