Werde Teil unseres Teams als Cluster Housekeeping Manager und bringe deine Führungsqualitäten in zwei der angesagtesten Hotels Wiens zum Strahlen - Max Brown 7th District und Max Brown 5th District . Mit Leidenschaft leitest und motivierst du dein Team, um den herzlichen Service und die Sauberkeit sicherzustellen, für die Max Brown bekannt ist. Zudem begleitest du das Housekeeping-Team durch spannende Renovierungen im Max Brown 5th District und stellst sicher, dass unsere hohen Standards in jeder Phase aufrechterhalten bleiben.

Deine Aufgaben:

• Sorge für außergewöhnliche Sauberkeit und exzellenten Service in beiden Häusern und lebe die Werte von Max Brown jeden Tag vor.
• Führe, coache und inspiriere sowohl dein internes als auch externes Team, um herzlichen Service zu bieten und unvergessliche Gästemomente zu schaffen.
• Implementiere effiziente und einheitliche Housekeeping-Prozesse und setze neue Maßstäbe.
• Arbeite eng mit anderen Abteilungen zusammen, um einen reibungslosen Ablauf und höchste Gästezufriedenheit zu gewährleisten.
• Überwache Budgets und Inventar, um Kosten im Blick zu behalten, ohne an Qualität einzubüßen.
• Sei das Herzstück des Teams - erstelle Dienstpläne, manage den täglichen Betrieb und sorge für Motivation und Struktur.
• Unterstütze den Übergang im Max Brown 5th District , damit während der Renovierung der einzigartige "Max Brown Vibe" erhalten bleibt.
• Fördere eine Kultur der Positivität, Motivation und Teamarbeit - führe mit persönlichem Engagement und sei ein inspirierendes Vorbild.
