Cluster Operational Excellence Lead (AT & CZ)- (m/f/x)

What you will enjoy doing

Roll-out of NEXT, ALPLA's Operational Excellence Program in the region, including:

• Implementation of new management tools and standards
• Preparation and tracking of improvement projects
• Preparation and moderation of OPEX assessment

Support budgeting on Regional as well on plant Level with coverage of:

• KPI planning,
• capacity, resource planning
• investment planning

Execute trainings and workshops with focus on:

• Lean and SixSigma tools
• Operational controlling
• Collaboration and communication

What makes you great

• University degree in engineering or a related field, demonstrating a solid technical foundation.
• Over 5 years of experience in continuous improvement within lean manufacturing
• Strong background in supply chain management, including logistics, production planning, order management, or master data management.
• Project management and leadership skills to drive initiatives and lead teams effectively.
• Team-oriented and collaborative individual who thrives in a cooperative environment
