• Preparation or support in the preparation of the monthly cost report as well as in the monthly reporting, such as project reports, earnings forecasts, etc.
• Preparation or support in the preparation of forecasts, particularly in terms of performance, results, and risks
• Preparation and follow-up of insurance notifications
• Review of internal allocations
• Accounts payable and receivable accounting, including invoicing, receivables management, and dunning processes
• Monitoring compliance with construction contracts (with clients and subcontractors), both legal and commercial aspects
• Participation in and clarification of the commercial framework conditions during acquisition, systematic customer support, as well as negotiation and legal review of contracts
• Independently providing expert advice on all contractual matters
