CRM Solution Architect / Senior Consultant (Dynamics 365) – Enterprise Environment – Vienna / 95% remote For a long-term enterprise engagement supporting an internal CRM team and operations, we are seeking an experienced CRM Solution Architect / Senior Dynamics 365 Consultant .

This role combines hands-on consulting , architectural ownership , and technical leadership of two CRM Developers. You will act as the Single Point of Contact (SPOC) for the client and ensure the overall solution quality, scalability, and seamless integration within an enterprise system landscape.This is an excellent opportunity for a senior-level Microsoft Dynamics 365 expert looking to work in a complex, large-scale environment with high architectural responsibility.

Key Responsibilities

• Act as SPOC for the client’s internal CRM team and business stakeholders
• Drive operational collaboration in CRM implementation and enhancement initiatives
• Provide technical leadership and coordination of two CRM Developers
• Own the end-to-end CRM solution architecture across Microsoft Dynamics 365 modules
• Lead architectural design within:
  
• Dynamics 365 Sales
• Dynamics 365 Customer Insights
• Dynamics 365 Project Operations
• Design and document solution concepts for complex enterprise requirements
• Define and govern integration strategies with third-party systems
• Analyse the existing application landscape and align CRM architecture accordingly
• Oversee Azure-based integrations and system interfaces
• Ensure scalability, maintainability, performance, and long-term sustainability of the CRM ecosystem
• Translate business requirements into high-level technical and architectural concepts

Required Skills & Experience

• Several years of experience as a CRM Solution Architect or Senior Microsoft Dynamics 365 Consultant
• Strong cross-module expertise in Microsoft Dynamics 365
• Deep knowledge of:
  
• Dynamics 365 Sales
• Customer Insights
• Project Operations
• Proven experience designing complex enterprise CRM architectures
• Strong experience with Azure and enterprise integration architectures
• Advanced Microsoft Power Platform expertise (Power Apps, Power Automate, Power BI)
• Experience integrating CRM with third-party systems and APIs
• Strong analytical, conceptual, and architectural thinking
• Excellent stakeholder communication and consulting skills

Working Model

• 95% Remote
• Occasional on-site presence in Vienna upon agreement
