Your Profile:
- 5+ years' experience in sustainability
- Broad understanding of and passion and drive for ESG
- Understanding of different stakeholder needs
- Interpersonal skills, ability to drive change
- Fluent in German & English
- Other language skills are an advantage
Your Responsibilities:
- Managing and supporting key group-wide projects and initiatives that help deliver on the ESG Strategy
- Preparation of groupwide non-financial reporting in line with ESRS and EU-taxonomy
- Support teams and provide subject-matter expertise in the areas of net-zero, green buildings, social sustainability, ethics and compliance
- Coordination of internal and external reporting and data collection (CDP, SBTi,…)
- Development and implementation of topic specific workshop, trainings and communication
For this position we offer a market-compliant salary of 4.000 EUR gross per month. However, an overpay is possible according to qualification and experience.
