Aufgaben

• Independently manages the processes in the areas of digitalisation, innovation, and sustainability within the Subdivision and continuously develops them in coordination with the responsible staff units
• Continuously advances the BIM strategy of the Subdivision and ensures its consistent operational implementation
• Supports and assists our construction site teams in the introduction and implementation of BIM methods during the tendering phase and construction execution
• Independently identifies areas of tension and fields of action in digitalisation, innovation, and sustainability and derives recommendations for action
• Actively optimises tunnel construction activities by planning, implementing, and monitoring measures in line with sustainable construction principles
• Develops and creates concepts for climate-neutral, resource-efficient, and circular construction projects.
• Ensures employees are aware of their statutory duties and responsibilities and understand the requirements of the Group
• Environmental Procedures and Guidance Notes
• Ensures compliance with technical and safety-related minimum standards for IT equipment and processes on projects through direct review and coordination with the Group IT unit (BRVZ)
• Identifies significant environmental impacts for contracts and help set-up contracts to include appropriate controls
• Disseminates information issued by Head of Environment including changes to legislation, to relevant employees
• Takes charge of managing and implementing digitalisation topics within the Subdivision

Qualifikationen

• Commercial or technical degree
• Professional experience in a comparable position with a focus on BIM and digitalization
• Experience in the construction industry is an advantage
• Passion for digitalization and sustainability topics
• Strong IT affinity
• Excellent communication skills across hierarchical levels
• Intercultural competence
• Enjoys engaging with colleagues
