We have an exciting opportunity for a Financial & Sales Analyst to join Norgine.
The person holding this position will report to the Finance Business Partner for DACH and be a member of the Finance team.
The core responsibility of the of Financial & Sales Analyst is to act as an interface between finance and sales, support management with analysis and reporting relating to internal and external accounting, as well as planning and organizing field service conferences and regional events, drafting contracts, scheduling meetings, and providing administrative support to the regions District Manager.
This will be a permanent role for 25 hours per week.

KEY RESPONSIBILITIES INCLUDE BUT ARE NOT LIMITED TO:
• Creation and further development of sales and financial reports (KPIs)
• Support in the area of accounting and dunning for the Finance Business Partner DACH
• Analysis and review of sales figures, market and customer data
• Supporting the District Manager ALPS with regional sales events
• Registration of regional events, including all associated administration
• Contract creation for regional events (sponsoring and speakers)
• Support with event controlling in the CRM system
• Budget: Support with event administration
• E1: User in the area of non-stock purchasing
• Written and telephone correspondence, internal and external
Relationships:
• Close contact with the Finance Business Partner DACH, as well as District Manager ALPS and the entire ALPS sales force
• Contact person for customers, hotels, agencies, and convention organizations
Requirements
• Completed vocational training in the commercial sector with a focus on accounting and finance
• At least 3 years of professional experience in the commercial and accounting field
• Knowledge in the area of compliance
• Excellent analytical skills and affinity for numbers
• Very good knowledge of MS Office
• Experience in using ERP and CRM systems
• Good English skills
