In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Als Mid‑Level Fullstack Developer übernimmst du zunehmend eigenständige Verantwortung in der Umsetzung komplexerer Anforderungen, trägst aktiv zur Weiterentwicklung der Architektur und Prozesse bei und arbeitest eng mit Kund:innen sowie cross‑funktionalen Teams zusammen. Du bringst bereits solide Erfahrung im Full‑Stack‑Bereich mit und nutzt Best Practices, um die Softwarequalität und Team‑Effizienz zu steigern.
- Eigenständige Implementierung und Weiterentwicklung anspruchsvoller Anwendungen (Java, Angular, ggf. zusätzliche Frameworks)
- Sicherer Einsatz von Clean‑Code‑Prinzipien, Design Patterns und modernen Software‑Architekturansätzen
- Aktive Mitarbeit im Scrum‑Team inkl. Übernahme technischer Verantwortung in einzelnen Stories
- Durchführung von Code‑Reviews und Unterstützung bei der Qualitäts- und Teststrategie
- Mitarbeit am Ausbau von CI/CD‑Pipelines, Build‑Prozessen und DevOps‑Workflows
- Aktive Beteiligung an Architektur‑ und Technologieentscheidungen
- Unterstützung jüngerer Teammitglieder durch fachlichen Austausch und Knowledge‑Sharing
- Troubleshooting, Performance‑Analysen und nachhaltige Lösung technischer Probleme
- Pflege und Weiterentwicklung der technischen Dokumentation
Wir bieten dir neben spannenden Projekten, flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein modernes Umfeld. Außerdem erhältst du eine überkollektivvertragliche Entlohnung ab 61.000€ brutto/Jahr für 38,5 Stunden/Woche, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Abgeschlossene IT‑Ausbildung (HTL, Lehre, Studium oder vergleichbare Qualifikation)
- Ca. 5–6 Jahre Erfahrung in der Entwicklung mit Java, JEE, Spring und JavaScript/TypeScript, Angular oder React
- Sichere Kenntnisse in HTML5, CSS3, REST‑APIs, SOA‑Services sowie API‑Management (APIGEE, API Connect)
- Fundiertes Know‑how in NoSQL‑ und relationalen Datenbanken
- Praxiserfahrung mit DevOps‑Methoden, CI/CD‑Pipelines und Automatisierung
- Solide Kenntnisse in Kubernetes, OpenShift, Azure und hybriden Cloud‑Umgebungen
- Fähigkeit, Aufgaben eigenständig zu analysieren und effizient umzusetzen
- Strukturierte, analytische Arbeitsweise, ausgeprägte Teamorientierung und Kommunikationsstärke
- Ausgezeichnete Deutsch‑ sowie gute Englischkenntnisse
Preferred technical and professional experience
- Cloud-Sicherheitskenntnisse: Erfahrung in der Implementierung von Cloud-Sicherheitsmaßnahmen, einschließlich Netzwerksicherheit und Zugangskontrolle, zur Gewährleistung der Integrität cloudbasierter Anwendungen.
- Fortgeschrittene DevOps-Tools: Erfahrung im Umgang mit fortgeschrittenen DevOps-Tools und -Methoden zur Optimierung der Entwicklung, des Testens und der Bereitstellung cloudbasierter Anwendungen.
- Multi-Cloud-Umgebungen: Erfahrung in der Planung, dem Aufbau und der Wartung von Multi-Cloud-Umgebungen mit Fokus auf Verfügbarkeit, Skalierbarkeit und Automatisierung.
