Role: As Key Account Manager for Iberia Food Service, you will be responsible for managing and developing key customer relationships within the food service sector, delivering sustainable growth and market expansion. Reporting into the regional Head of Business Development, this role requires both strategic planning and hands-on execution. You will act as the primary point of contact for clients, ensuring strong partnerships and long-term value creation.

Main Responsibilities

• Develop and implement sales strategies and action plans for the Iberia food service market

• Drive revenue growth by managing key accounts and identifying new opportunities within the region

• Forecast and set sales objectives, quotas, and profit targets in line with company goals

• Monitor market trends, competitors, and economic indicators to adjust strategies accordingly

• Support pricing strategies and commercial negotiations based on market dynamics

• Represent the company at trade shows, customer visits, and industry events (up to 50% travel required)

Key Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Marketing, or related field (MBA preferred)

• 3–5 years of proven B2B sales experience in the food industry, ideally within food service or ingredients

• Demonstrated track record of achieving sales targets and driving business growth

• Strong communication and negotiation skills; fluency in English required, with additional languages (e.g. Italian) an advantage

• Proficiency with MS Office tools and ability to analyse data to inform decisions

• Entrepreneurial mindset with the ability to work independently while collaborating across teams
