Head of Games Compliance (f/m/d)

The Head of Games Compliance leads the Games Compliance function across the Greentube Group, ensuring full regulatory alignment of all B2B operations. The role combines strategic oversight with operational excellence, enabling sustainable market expansion while safeguarding licensing frameworks and regulatory standing.

As a senior partner to management, this position provides expert guidance on regulatory developments, compliance risks, and licensing strategy, ensuring compliance is embedded throughout the game development and delivery lifecycle.

• Lead and develop the Games Compliance team, setting clear objectives, performance standards, and fostering a culture of accountability and collaboration
• Advise senior management on regulatory risks, market entry requirements, and strategic compliance implications
• Oversee regulatory research and analysis for current and new markets, ensuring actionable insights for business growth
• Ensure compliance requirements are embedded early in product development, integration, and launch processes
• Lead the application, maintenance, and reporting of B2B gaming licenses across jurisdictions
• Liaise with regulatory authorities, certification bodies, and industry organizations, representing the company in regulatory matters
• Coordinate compliance audits, and risk assessments, ensuring timely preparation and adherence to regulatory standards
• Establish, review, and enforce compliance-related policies, procedures, and internal controls to ensure ongoing operational compliance
• Monitor regulatory developments and proactively inform relevant stakeholders of changes and implications
• Define and track compliance KPIs, providing structured reporting and transparency to senior management

• Extensive experience in a senior compliance role within the gaming industry, in a B2B environment
• In-depth knowledge of gaming regulations, licensing frameworks across multiple jurisdictions
• Strong understanding of game development processes and technical environments, with the ability to translate technical requirements into compliance implications
• Proven leadership experience, including team development and stakeholder management at senior level
• Excellent analytical, risk assessment, and strategic decision-making capabilities
• Structured, pragmatic, and solution-oriented mindset with strong communication skills
