As a Hotel Maintenance Technician (d/f/m) in the Vienna area, you will actively contribute to ensuring that each of our guests has the best possible stay. If you are technically/manually talented (ideally you have professional experience in this area), like to be actively involved and enjoy being on the move in our various Limehomes, this role is a great opportunity for you!

How you'll be hosting with heart:

• You are an important part of our operations team and are responsible for ensuring that all properties are maintained to a high standard, providing a consistent and superior experience for our guests.
• Conduct regular inspections to identify maintenance needs and areas for improvement.
• Independently perform routine maintenance and repair work across all properties in Vienna.
• Supervise and coordinate with craftsmen and external maintenance companies to ensure timely and quality work.
• Maintain the technical management of our properties, ensuring all systems (HVAC, electrical, plumbing) are functioning efficiently in collaboration with our property management.
• Monitor and manage our housekeeping (HSK) ticket system to address maintenance issues promptly.
• Beyond all you are responsible for the tidiness and security of the properties.

What you need to shoot for the stars:

• You have completed professional training in a technical profession or have already gained experience in the hotel or cleaning industry (must have)
• You are structured and always put theory into practice.
• You are a real all-rounder and are not afraid to take on a wide variety of tasks in a diverse area.
• You have an eye for detail, are reliable and have organisational talent.
• You have a valid car driving licence, a good command of the English language (B2 or better) and a solid understanding of German language.
