What you´ll do
- You will be a member of a business unit’s global strategy team, gaining deep insights into the world of Adhesive Technologies in Critical Infrastructure and Machinery
- You will develop and maintain global sales pipeline and partnership tracking tools using Excel and Power BI, analyzing project and sales data from multiple sources with a strong emphasis on master data integrity to identify trends, gaps, and opportunities.
- You will be actively contributing to the preparation of long-term strategies that solve real-world challenges of a large organization
- You will be working hand-in-hand with multi-disciplinary teams and colleagues around the world, including top management to gather insights and validate data
- You will experience the operationalization of business strategies, as well as change management processes
- You will make use of your language skills supporting strategic initiatives in an international and multi-lingual working atmosphere
What makes you a good fit
- Active student of Business Administratio, Engineering, Business Analytics or related studies
- Relevant practical experience, preferably in consulting, strategy or business development
- Excellent English language skills and advanced communication skills required
- Strong analytical skills with proficiency in Excel (pivot tables, formulas, data modeling) and Power BI
- Ability to manage and clean large datasets with attention to detail and data integrity
- Team player & high level of self-organization to handle projects independently
- Drive and willingness to achieve results, proactive work attitude
