We are searching for the best talent for Inventory Analyst.
Purpose: As an Inventory Analyst, you will contribute to the Inventory Management department as an entry to developing individual contributor. You will help implement projects, programs, and processes in support of the organization's overall supply chain planning strategy.
You will be responsible for :
- Creating risk assessments for consignment locations.
- Planning and executing annual consignment inventory counts.
- Initiating and validating inventory count requests, including plausibility checks and follow-up controls.
- Securing approvals and processing inventory adjustments/write-offs in compliance with SOX requirements.
- Reporting consignment count results according to SOX and Finance standards.
- Monitoring consignment count progress and informing management of status and issues.
- Minimizing expired and obsolete inventory exposure by tracking shelf life and facilitating exchanges.
- Supporting and improving consignment counting processes, tools, and related projects to enhance inventory health.
Qualifications / Requirements:
- Several years in Supply Chain or equivalent functions with experience in Demand, Inventory, Supply Planning is required
- Experience of planning system functionality and planning parameters (ideally JDE and SAP)
- Communication skills, as you will be communicating daily with customers, directors, sales force and other managers
- High sense of urgency, and ability to adapt to meet rapidly changing priorities
- Excellent collaboration skills, and partnering
- Analytical, structured and solution oriented working approach
- Strong customer focus (internal & external); fast learner, embrace change and complexity
- Advanced knowledge of Microsoft Office, Excel, Word, PowerPoint.
- Business fluency in German and English, other languages a plus
