Technical Handover: Develop clean, modular, and well-documented prototypes that can be seamlessly transitioned to R&D for productization
Integration Readiness: Ensure compatibility with the DIIT Dedalus solutions (DeepUnity) through proper architecture choices and interoperability standards (FHIR, DICOM, HL7)
Cross-functional Collaboration: Partner with developers, UX designers, and clinical experts to quickly iterate on user feedback and feasibility
Exploratory Work: Test and evaluate emerging technologies ? AI/ML APIs, LLMs, cloud-native pipelines? to identify how they can add value to existing or future products
Contribute to Innovation Culture: Document learnings, share best practices, and mentor others on rapid prototyping methodologies
We are looking for a person who is open to working in an international team and who has no problem with traveling.
Essential Requirements:

Experience with modern frameworks (eg. FastAPI, Node.js, React)
Hands-on experience with containerization (e.g., Docker and/or Kubernetes), and CI/CD pipelines from a development and deployment standpoint is a plus
Good understanding of APIs and databases and familiarity with cloud environments (Azure or AWS)
Knowledge of data formats and healthcare standards (DICOM, FHIR, HL7) is a plus
Experience working with AI/ML, Large Language Model APIs is highly valued
Comfortable learning and using the right tool or language for the job
Experience integrating with customer systems in real-world deployments
Mindset: You thrive in ambiguity, move fast without compromising on code integrity, and are passionate about seeing your ideas make real-world impact in healthcare
Language: English (professional working proficiency), German, and/or French is a plus
We offer you:
All the advantages of an established, international company
You are part of a first-class, creative, and innovative team
Complete hardware and software equipment for comfortable working in your home office

Flexible working hours and the possibility of working from home
The option to attend conferences, training, and technology certifications
Opportunities for professional growth: Junior candidates are encouraged to apply, with the chance to gradually adopt new skills and responsibilities as they grow into the role
