Lead Product Manager - Gaming Content (f/m/d)

The Tribe Lead Gaming Content is a key leadership role within the platform vertical, responsible for driving the vision, performance, and delivery of gaming content across multiple markets. Acting as the central point of contact for Brand owners and internal stakeholders, this role shapes the roadmap, leads several cross-functional squads, and ensures our gaming content experiences are aligned with market needs and business goals. With deep expertise in gaming features and integrations, the Tribe Lead guides teams toward data-driven, high-impact solutions.

• Owns the gaming domain across seven online platforms, ensuring consistent quality and market relevance
• Leads and manages multiple Backend and Frontend squads, setting direction and enabling high performance
• Defines and discusses roadmap priorities with top management, translating strategic goals into actionable plans
• Sets KPIs for the Tribe and ensures data-driven decision making across all squads
• Monitors market trends and competitive activity to propose new features and improvements
• Communicates feature updates and manages expectations across Brand Management, Project Management, and other stakeholders
• Empowers Product Owners to run their squads effectively, supporting collaboration and clarity
• Oversees supplier integrations and ensures smooth delivery of gaming content across all platforms

• 3+ years of experience in online gaming with hands-on expertise in supplier integrations and gaming features
• Strong background in agile environments, with experience leading multiple cross-functional teams
• Proven ability to drive technical projects, resolve conflicts, and support teams in complex delivery environments
• Highly self-driven, reliable, and comfortable making decisions at both tactical and strategic levels
• Strong leadership skills with the ability to empower teams and influence stakeholders
• Fluent in English, both spoken and written
• Familiarity with tools such as Jira, Confluence, Swagger/Postman, Elastic & APM is an advantage
