Marketing Management Expert (m/f/d) Austria

We are looking for an experienced and strategically minded individual for KWS Austria Saat GmbH who can take marketing in Austria to the next level. As our Marketing Expert (m/f/d), you will be responsible for planning and implementing the national marketing strategy—from brand positioning and customer segmentation to digital campaigns. We offer you a permanent full-time position with plenty of creative freedom, a hybrid working model (mobile working & currently in Absdorf, future location in the St. Pölten area), and the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of one of the leading seed brands in Austria.

Your tasks – strategic and practical:
• Developing and implementing a future-oriented marketing strategy for the Austrian market
• Designing and executing targeted campaigns to increase brand awareness
• Analyzing market, customer, and competitor data and deriving relevant measures
• Developing and optimizing customer segments, customer journeys, and CRM activities
• Independent further development and adaptation of Salesforce for the Austrian market
• Ensuring optimal integration of Salesforce into marketing and sales processes
• Close coordination with all business units regarding planning, budget, and KPI management
• Responsibility for budget and marketing controlling
• Coordination of events such as trade fairs and specialist events
• Promoting a cross-cultural and innovative team culture

Your profile – expertise meets creative drive:

• Degree or comparable qualification in marketing and/or agribusiness
• Experience in strategic and operational marketing (online & offline), ideally in the agricultural sector
• Strong understanding of the connection between marketing and business strategy
• High IT affinity and responsibility for the further development of Salesforce and CRM systems
• Independent, goal-oriented way of working with strong initiative and decision-making skills
• Very good communication skills in German and English as well as experience in international cooperation
• Willingness to travel (approx. 5–10%, internationally) and class B driver's license

In accordance with Section 9 (2) of the Equal Treatment Act, we hereby inform you of the minimum salary under the collective agreement, which is currently €2,038 gross on a full-time basis. Depending on your qualifications and experience, we are willing to pay above the minimum salary.
