For over 35 years, AS 24 (part of TotalEnergies Group) has provided mobility services for international hauliers, including fuel cards, tolls, VAT recovery, and more. Employing 450 people across France and Europe, AS 24 operates over 1,500 automated fuel stations and continues to expand its service offerings.

AS24 HUB Austria, Hungary and Southeast Europe serves Austria, Hungary, and Southeast Europe with a team of 45 staff in five countries. As a Business & Marketing Coordinator, you will work closely in coordinating Business, Marketing and Communication with the Managing Director.

Your missions will be:

1. Business Development (35% of the workload)

• Contribution to supply and pricing performance through market and prices analysis, control of pricing.
• Participation in station network development, investment and divestment projects.
• Contribution to the development of the product and service range. Close coordination with AS24’s head office in France.

2. Digital Transformation & Project Management (35% of the workload)

• Deployment of digital solutions (Microsoft Office 365, Power BI, Power Automate, Power Query) to automate processes and improve reporting.
• Mapping of business processes and design of optimized workflows.
• Creation of custom tools, user training, and change management support.

3. Marketing & Communication (B2B - Industrial Sector) (30% of the workload)

• Local deployment of group marketing strategies, in coordination with headquarters and Central & Eastern European teams.
• Creation of commercial content to support the HUB Sales teams.
• Management of advertising campaigns, bilingual newsletters, and marketing budget.
• Development and monitoring of the annual communication plan.
• Implementation of multichannel actions: press, digital, field events, and trade shows.
• Management of client gifts, promotional items, and branded materials.
• Organization of strategic events: station inaugurations, annual parties, team building activities.

Candidate Profile

Educa tion Required :

• Master's degree in Management or Engineering degree

Technical Skills :

• Ability to analyze and manage reporting
• Ability to implement solutions and organize events in a multicultural environment
• Excellent coordination and intercultural communication skills

IT Skills :

• Proficiency in digital and office tools (Office 365, Power BI, etc.).

Languages :

• English: C1 level
• French: C1 level
• German: B1/B2 level
• Another HUB language (Hungarian, Serbian, Croatian, Slovenian or Greek) is a plus.
