What you’ll achieve

As the Program Manager, you will play a pivotal role in ensuring the successful delivery of product and solution releases, making a profound impact throughout the healthcare sector.

You will:

• Program/Project coordination:
• Ensure compliance against defined processes according to medical device regulation.
• Execute the delivery of product / solution releases within a balanced matrix organizational structure through utilization of various project management methodologies, such as, SCRUM, Feature Driven Design and Iterative Design.
• Facilitate an open dialogue with project stakeholders
• Identify opportunities, contributing to and leading the development of Project Management Best Practices.
• Provide project management guidance to non-project manager stakeholders within your respective core team.

• Process Improvement:
• Collaboration with the PMO team:
• Implement and optimize PMO processes, tools, and templates to enhance project efficiency and effectiveness.
• Identify areas for process improvement and work with the PMO team to develop and implement solutions.

• Documentation & Reporting:
• Program and project Documentation:
• Prepare and maintain comprehensive project documentation, including charters, schedules, status reports, and meeting minutes, using tools like Confluence.
• Ensure all project documentation is up-to-date, accurate, and accessible.

• Administrative support:
• PMO support:
• Provide administrative support to the PMO, including JIRA improvement tasks.

• Data Analysis:
• Program Data Analysis:
• Analyze project data to generate insights and support decision-making.
• Develop and maintain project metrics and KPIs to track performance and identify trends.

Essential Requirements

• 5+ years of experience in similar roles.
• Track record leading complex projects in a software or high-tech field, with proven experience utilizing various project management methodologies.
• Strong understanding of Project Management Tools like MS Project, JIRA, Confluence.
• Understanding of the impact and application of Quality and Regulatory standards in the HealthCare industry is preferred.
• Proven ability to bring people together and obtain consensus.
• Well-developed skills in influencing and motivating others to achieve goals.
• Project Management Professional (PMP) Certification or equivalent, experience in change management within a technology environment is preferred.
• Very good language skills in English (spoken and written).

Desirable Requirements

• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills.
