Your tasks
- You lead and manage exciting and complex IT projects, primarily in an agile project environment (on site, remote, hybrid).
- You organize and coordinate the collaboration of interdisciplinary, distributed teams, e.g. in the areas of software engineering, quality management or design.
- You record and specify customer and system requirements and translate these into structured project and requirements documentation (e.g. backlogs, process models, etc.).
- You design and moderate workshops in direct exchange with our customers.
- You take on active expectation and risk management and are responsible for budget and resource planning.
- You communicate professionally and clearly in German and English with stakeholders as well as with project and development teams.
Your profile
- You have in-depth and proven knowledge of project management (e.g. PMI, Prince2, HERMES), requirements management and agile approaches (e.g. Scrum, Kanban, SAFe).
- You have several years of practical experience in the IT environment, e.g. as a project manager, requirements engineer, business analyst or IT architect.
- Ideally, you have recognized certifications in the above-mentioned environment.
- You work proactively, enjoy taking on responsibility in various project roles and are motivated to drive the project forward from the idea to the finished product.
- In addition to strong communication skills in German and English, you are characterized by empathy, which helps you to combine both customer and team interests in the best possible way.
- You have a high technical affinity, a good understanding of processes and a strong awareness of quality.

- Salary: You can expect a salary that is based on your individual qualifications and your position-relevant professional experience in accordance with the KV classification (from €3,500 - €4,000). There will be an overpayment in line with the market.
