Your mission
Do you have proven experience as an Account Executive selling modular software solutions and are looking for an exciting challenge in the growing field of enterprise software? Are you used to negotiating with decision-makers (C-level, IT, compliance and risk managers) and selling complex B2B SaaS solutions? Then we have the perfect opportunity for you!
- End-to-End Sales: Take ownership of the entire sales process, from lead qualification to closing large software projects.
- More than just networking: You don’t just guide customers through the sales process - you lead them purposefully to the close.
- Consulting & Presentation: Conduct product demos, webinars, and advisory meetings with key decision-makers.
- New Customer Acquisition & Key Account Management: Build and expand new business opportunities, and manage strategic enterprise accounts with a focus on success and growth.
- Negotiation & Contract Closing: You understand sales cycles in the B2B software environment and negotiate with stakeholders at the management level.
- Collaboration with Pre-Sales & Marketing: Work closely with internal teams to develop tailored solutions for customers.
Your profile
- Closing mentality: You know that sales is more than pipeline management - you take ownership of getting the deal closed.
- At least 3 years of experience in selling configurable enterprise solutions in the B2B space - ideally platforms that can be flexibly adapted to customer processes (e.g., in the areas of ERP, GRC, ITSM, or workflow automation).
- Proven sales success: You have repeatedly sold complex B2B software solutions successfully.
- Experience with complex sales processes: Experience in solution selling with long sales cycles (3+ months).
- Sales competence: Ability to analyze customer needs, communicate value, and influence purchasing decisions.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills: You can communicate confidently with C-level executives and business departments.
- Motivation to achieve ambitious goals and to be part of a successful team.
