As part of our handpicked team of experts, you

• Launch, track, and optimize programs/campaigns across multiple channels to move prospects and customers down the funnel,

• Develop marketing strategies and tactics that help customers understand their needs and hit our revenue goals at the same time,

• Use modern tools to source data, run targeted campaigns, and improve overall efficiency,

• Develop relationships with ecosystem partners and customers that help achieve our common goals,

• Keep track of growth metrics and full funnel analytics,

• Make sure channels and content work together instead of running separate efforts.

How you fit into the team

You want to participate in the transition to clean energy and

• Value excellent team spirit, start-up culture and creative freedom,

• Have at least seven years of experience in managing multi-channel campaigns,

• Have many years of experience in driving growth through ecosystem partners,

• Are fluently speaking English, German is a plus,

• Have breadth in all areas of marketing, depth in at least two of these areas: ecosystem marketing, growth marketing,

• Impress with your communication and negotiation skills,

• Are familiar with lifecycle marketing, intent data and signal-based campaign triggers,

• Have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality, and

• Are a curious person with a good sense of humor.
