Intro

We are looking for a (Senior) EU Project Coordinator to drive our participation in European funding programs. In this role, you will manage partnerships, oversee projects from application to reporting, and ensure that milestones are achieved and communicated effectively.
We are a young deep-tech company that creates and produces internationally awarded smart glasses. Our headquarters is in Vienna, where we develop and manufacture both the hardware and the software of the smart glasses.
From research & development, engineering, production to marketing and sales – we offer everything from a single source under one roof. This gives you exciting insights into many parts of the company. Although we have our roots in Austria, we are “born global” and work with customers and partners all over the world.

Tasks
What You’ll Be Doing
- Identify financing opportunities, project partners, and build strong consortia
- Support applicants across all project phases, from proposal submission to project accounting
- Monitor milestones, deliverables, and progress, preparing documentation for partners and stakeholders
- Analyze and consolidate project data to assess objectives and impact
- Communicate with public authorities at federal, state, and EU level – covering content, organizational, and financial aspects (including invoicing)
- Present results to funding organizations and ensure compliance with reporting requirements
Requirements
What You Bring to the Team
- Completed education with project management knowledge (university degree desirable but not mandatory)
- Experience in EU project management, ideally including financial project management, controlling, and strategic positioning within consortia
- Good understanding of European and Austrian funding instruments, especially funded partnerships and their strategic development
- Proficiency with MS Office and project management tools
- Strong analytical thinking and ability to structure and communicate complex information clearly
- Excellent written and spoken German and English
- Team spirit, initiative, and enthusiasm for working in international consortia and interdisciplinary environments
Nice to Have
- International experience in project management
- Familiarity with project management processes and tools
- Knowledge of EU project planning principles and techniques
- Experience with international grant applications and proposal management

Closing
We offer a minimum gross salary of €3.175,-/month – more may be possible depending on experience.
