We’re on the lookout for a savvy Senior Technical Project Manager to join our dynamic team. If you love turning complex technical ideas into clear, structured plans and driving cutting-edge products to success, you’re the perfect fit! Here’s a sneak peek at what the job entails:

What You’ll Be Doing

• Turn ideas and technical specifications into actionable project plans
• Scope, schedule, and budget projects ranging from €2–5 million
• Define resource needs for each phase: manpower, hardware, everything
• Guide cross-functional teams through the full development lifecycle
• Communicate clearly: aligning engineers, designers, stakeholders, and clients
• Track progress, solve challenges, and deliver polished results

What You Bring to the Team

• Experience managing complex projects/budgets (€2–5 million) in tech or engineering
• 3+ years managing embedded systems or hardware/software projects
• Mastery in Agile, Scrum, or other modern methodologies
• Experience with global, distributed development teams
• Hands-on technical project management background (no event/project coordination)
• Know-how with modern PM tools (MS Project, JIRA, GitLab)
• Ability to structure sprints and scope, enabling teams to thrive
• Talent for converting technical requirements into clear, actionable plans
• Practiced at risk management and adapting to change
• Great communication with technical and non-technical audiences

We offer a minimum gross salary of €3.175,-/month on full time basis – more may be possible depending on experience.
