stand for the best customer experience

• as part of our handpicked team of experts, you will

• take part in the onboarding of new flexibility assets, especially battery storage systems,

• support customers together with our partners for ancillary services to integrate, prequalify, and on-board flexible assets, like battery storage for cross-market optimization,

• optimize and automate processes,

• understand the requirements of each grid operator in terms of nomination format and deadlines,

• make sure power is flowing the right way, and all after-trade processes are working,

• lead the registration process and technical setup in new markets,

• coordinate with other internal communities (asset optimization, IT, finance) to create the best customer experience,

• and discover and eliminate operational risk.

how you fit into the team

you want to participate in the transition to clean energy actively, and

• have at least 3 years of experience in a similar operational role in short-term power markets,

• value excellent team spirit, start-up culture, and creative freedom,

• preferably bring some coding experience,

• have a background in either business, IT, natural sciences or similar,

• have great communication skills and a customer-focused mindset,

• are decisive and able to use your own initiative in dealing with operational problems,

• are fluent in English, if you speak German and other languages that’s a plus,

• have a detail-oriented and structured way of working coupled with a hands-on mentality, and

• you are a curious person with a good sense of humor.
