Senior Sales Operations & Growth Manager

V_labs is a venture builder with locations in Vienna, Budapest, Munich, Dornbirn and Zurich. We build groundbreaking ventures for renowned companies. Your responsibilities

Are you a strategic thinker with a passion for optimizing sales and marketing operations? Do you thrive in dynamic environments where you can drive growth, efficiency, and brand visibility?

As our Growth Manager you will be an integral part in realizing V_labs’ growth ambition and implement scalable strategies to optimize our sales and marketing efforts. Acting as a key liaison between our sales & marketing team and our partners, you will play a crucial role in enhancing our market presence and revenue operations.

Beyond driving internal success, you will also support our venture and business-building projects , ensuring scalable sales and marketing structures for startups and corporate ventures.

Sales Optimization:

  • Enhance and streamline sales processes, our CRM, analytics, and accountability frameworks.
  • Analyze sales, marketing activities and our CRM to identify growth opportunities.
  • Develop revenue operations (RevOps) strategies to scale sales efforts.
  • Establish a predictable sales funnel for long-term success.

Venture & Business Building Support:

  • Provide strategic guidance on sales scaling for corporate ventures.
  • Develop and implement sales structures in venture projects.
  • Support business-building initiatives by ensuring scalable revenue operations.

Relationship & Team Management:

  • Act as a key point of contact for partners and other stakeholders.
  • Plan and lead sales and outreach meetings to align efforts across teams.
  • Guide and coordinate internal teams, including sales and marketing.
  • Build an internal team dedicated to outreach in the long run—fostering growth, ownership, and collaboration.
  • Provide coaching and regular feedback to help individuals reach their potential.

Your JOb Profile

  • 5+ years experience in sales operations, sales strategy, or revenue growth roles, ideally in an agency, consultancy or digital service provider.
  • Ambition in leading small teams and experience in internal stakeholder management.
  • Strong analytical skills with a data-driven mindset.
  • Ability to implement scalable sales processes.
  • Excellent communication and coordination skills.
  • Proactive mindset with a hands-on approach to problem-solving.
  • Excellent German and English language skills, knowledge of a third language is advantageous
Our minimum salary for this position is a yearly gross salary of EUR 50.000,00 based on full-time employment. Of course, there is a willingness to pay more, depending on your qualifications and experience.
