- You plan service assignments efficiently and allocate the service teams according to operational needs
- You ensure that the composition of the service teams is always up to date and flexibly adjusted to demand
- You ensure that the service plan consistently complies with the contractual obligations outlined in the service agreements
- You take care of the timely procurement, scheduling, and provision of tools, spare parts, and services
- You ensure timely and proactive communication with all relevant stakeholders (e.g., technicians, customer service, etc.)
- You continuously monitor key performance indicators in the planning area and ensure their stability and achievement of targets
- You create a detailed three-week plan to ensure optimal deployment and resource management
- completed technical or commercial vocational school
- strong coordination and organizational skills
- basic technical knowledge is an advantage
- proficiency in common software programs (MS Office, SAP, etc.); Salesforce knowledge is a plus
- very good German and English skills, both written and spoken, round off your profile
