An internationally operating company in the field of modern HR software solutions is currently offering an experienced professional the opportunity to actively contribute to the further development of one of its core products . The focus is on innovative technologies , an agile environment , and international teamwork .

Your responsibilities:

• Further development and maintenance of a core product using Python , Django , and Django REST Framework
• Design, implementation, and code reviews for an event-based RESTful web service with Celery , RabbitMQ , and Redis
• Increasing test coverage through automated tests and working with PostgreSQL databases
• Improving code quality through refactoring and using Git and GitHub for version control
• Documenting work using Open API and Swagger UI , as well as active communication within the team
• Contributing to architectural decisions and improvement proposals, including container deployment via Docker and Kubernetes on AWS

Your profile:

• Completed education in IT (technical college, university, or university of applied sciences)
• At least 5 years of experience in software development with Python, particularly with Django (DRF) and Java
• Experience in developing RESTful web services and integrating them with external systems using:
• Celery
• RabbitMQ
• Redis
• Knowledge of service-oriented architectures such as microservices and working with PostgreSQL
• Experience working in Scrum teams , ideally in an international, distributed organization
• Proficient use of Git and GitHub in the development process
• Experience with Docker and Kubernetes is a strong advantage
• Excellent English skills, both written and spoken (German is a plus but not required)
