Tell us about your strengths and apply as a Solutions Lead - Embedded Insurance (m/f/d) , who will work side by side with the Head of Embedded Insurance to drive strategic execution and operational excellence across UNIQA Group. In this key role, you will orchestrate cross-functional teams, ensure delivery of strategic milestones, and help position UNIQA as a leader in Embedded Insurance in CEE. What to expect:

• Lead the design, development, and continuous improvement of Embedded Insurance products and services, including pricing and underwriting.
• Conduct market and customer research to identify new product opportunities and translate insights into actionable recommendations.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with technology, legal, and sales teams to ensure product features meet partner and customer expectations.
• Collaborate with Growth & Account Leads to evaluate customer integration of products within the sales funnel and co-develop strategies that enhance conversion and engagement.
• Supports customer onboarding by aligning product requirements with customer expectations and co-creating product components for customer offers to ensure smooth implementation.
• Monitor customer-related KPIs (e.g., conversion rates, satisfaction, churn) and drive improvements in customer experience and retention.
• Ensure product-market fit, regulatory compliance, and alignment with strategic goals through continuous feedback loops and benchmarking.

What we expect:

• Proficiency in product development and customer analytics, ideally within Embedded Insurance or related fields.
• Excellent understanding of Pricing and Underwriting principles, with the ability to integrate risk assessment into product design.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a structured, solution-oriented mindset.
• Expertise in market and customer research, insight generation, and performance analytics.
• Ability to translate customer feedback into product and journey enhancements.
• Familiarity with customer journeys, conversion funnels, and performance dashboards.
• Excellent collaboration skills and ability to work effectively across departments and geographies.
• Fluent in English (German or another CEE language is a plus).
