What sets the F&B Team apart?

We are the largest team in the house, working closely and collegially together, and we have established a very good buddy system for new employees. We consistently manage to enchant our guests with our culinary creations at the Legendary Brunch, Candlelight Dinner, or large-scale catering events for various Viennese events. In stressful times, we stick together and support each other.

What will you do?

• You like to get up early and be the first in the kitchen.
• You will work hand in hand with your team.
• You will be responsible for the breakfast station and guide breakfast line staff.
• You will keep the kitchen organized during the rush.
• You will ensure proper storage and processing of food.
• You will monitor adherence to hygiene standards.
• You enjoy Austrian and American cuisine.

You can handle hectic situations during peak times well, keeping a cool head and staying focused on your role and your team. You have a strong sense of responsibility and an eye for detail. You have already gained relevant experience and can handle ingredients with quality and cost awareness.

We offer a full-time monthly salary of EUR 2,492 gross according to pay group 2 of the collective agreement for the hospitality industry in Vienna.
