Key Responsibilities Will Include:
- Develop and implement comprehensive marketing and communication strategy and brand plan to effectively enhance treatment visibility and adoption within country, in collaboration with global marketing team and local field team
- Adapt, translate and develop localized messaging & omnichannel campaign contents ensuring alignment with global strategy and local market requirements
- Support launch readiness activities and continuously shape country-specific marketing strategy incorporating consolidated insights from market research and internal teams
- Drive awareness campaigns targeting HCP referral networks as well as patients
- Conduct market research & collect relevant insights to identify local market requirements, considering trends and competitors
- Collaborate cross-functionally providing product knowledge, marketing materials, and training sessions to effectively position products towards external stakeholders
- Steer and support local patient support activities by internal teams or external vendors for patient education and treatment support
- Manage the marketing & local patient support program budget for assigned products, ensuring effective resource allocation
- Plan and implement local presence at congresses, symposia and other relevant stakeholder events in cross-functional collaboration
- Ensure compliance of marketing activities with local regulations and industry standards, working closely with legal and regulatory teams
Who You Are:
- 5+ years experience in marketing or other relevant role in the rare oncology or closely related rare disease pharmaceutical industry
- Launch experience required, previous sales experience beneficial
- Deep knowledge of the local healthcare system
- Strong analytical skills to interpret market data and research findings to inform strategic decisions
- Sound project management skills with ability to manage complex requirements, prioritize and execute
- Excellent communication and presentation skills with ability to engage effectively with diverse stakeholders
- Strong sense of urgency and proven ability to organize and prioritize for execution and completion
- Demonstrable drive for high performance and results
- BSc or higher in Business Administration, Life Sciences, Health Economics, or other related areas
- Fluency in German and English
What we offer: Your annual salary depends on your experience and qualifications and starts at € 65,000 for full-time employment.
