We are the global 471market leader in the automation of hydropower plants. At our headquarters in Vienna we offer, after intensive training, an independent and varied job as Support and Service Technician (m/f/d) for Automation Systems.

Your Profile:
• Completed technical professional training in electrical engineering, energy technology or computer science (HTL, FH, TU, or similar)
• Experience with HIPASE-250, SCALA-250 or similar system is an advantage
• Experience in the field of hydropower is an advantage
• Practical know-how in the processing of security-relevant topics in the field of project engineering is an advantage
• Written and spoken English
• German language skills are an advantage
• Accurate, independent and team-orientated way of working
• Analytical way of thinking
• Willingness to travel (5%)

Your Tasks:
• Supporting colleagues and customers worldwide with questions regarding SCALA systems, operating systems and related topics
• Solving HIPASE-250 and related problems through product knowledge, development of workarounds or development assistance
• Working closely with product management and development on product defects and enhancements
• Handling projects for maintenance contract customers
• Instructors of product training courses or workshops

We are legally obliged to state the collective bargaining minimum salary for this position, which is gross € 3,251.09 per month. However, we offer a market-based salary depending on qualifications and professional experience in any case.
