Your mission
- Responsibility for the implementation of IT services to ensure the continuous availability of the IT infrastructure
- Developing and maintaining service level agreements (SLAs)
- Monitoring and analysing IT services to identify opportunities for improvement
- Proactively coordinating and escalating incidents (incident management) and ensuring that problems are resolved quickly
- Working closely with internal departments and external service providers to ensure smooth IT operations
- Implementing and monitoring IT security policies and processes in accordance with applicable standards
Your profile
- Degree in computer science, business informatics or a comparable qualification with relevant professional experience
- Experience in using common ticketing and monitoring tools
- Strong hands-on mentality
- Strong analytical skills and a solution-orientated way of working
- Excellent communication skills and assertiveness
- Ability to work in a team, high level of commitment and organisational skills
- Very good written and spoken German (min. language level C2)
- Very good written and spoken English (min. language level B2)
