In this role, you'll work in one of our IBM Consulting Client Innovation Centers (Delivery Centers), where we deliver deep technical and industry expertise to a wide range of public and private sector clients around the world. Our delivery centers offer our clients locally based skills and technical expertise to drive innovation and adoption of new technology.
Your role and responsibilities
Wir suchen einen erfahrenen Testarchitekt (f/m/x), der die Verantwortung für die Planung, Steuerung und Weiterentwicklung aller Testaktivitäten in komplexen Systemlandschaften übernimmt. In dieser Rolle arbeitest du eng mit verschiedenen Stakeholdern, Projektteams und Fachbereichen zusammen und stellst sicher, dass Qualität, Transparenz und Effizienz in allen Testphasen gewährleistet sind.
• Definieren und Implementieren von Teststrategien sowie einer Test-Governance
• Planen und Koordinieren von Testaktivitäten über mehrere agile oder hybride Teams hinweg
• Steuern und Überwachen von Integrations-, End-to-End- und User-Acceptance-Tests
• Sicherstellen einer risikobasierten Testabdeckung sowie Aufbereitung und Bereitstellung transparenter Qualitätsmetriken
• Kontinuierliches Reporting des Teststatus, relevanter Risiken und Defects an Stakeholder
• Weiterentwicklung und Optimierung von Testprozessen sowie Unterstützung beim Ausbau der Testautomatisierung
• Unterstützung im Release-Prozess und Sicherstellung der Testqualität in produktionsnahen Phasen
Wir bieten dir neben spannenden Projekten, flexible Arbeitszeiten und ein modernes Umfeld. Außerdem erhältst du eine überkollektivvertragliche Entlohnung ab 80.000€ brutto/Jahr für 38,5 Stunden/Woche, mit Bereitschaft zur Überzahlung abhängig von deiner Qualifikation und Erfahrung. Required education
Bachelor's Degree
Required technical and professional expertise
- Mehrjährige Erfahrung in der Definition von Teststrategien und Testkonzepten - mindestens 8 Jahre relevante Berufserfahrung (ausgenommen Praktika <6>
- Erfahrung mit Integrationstests, komplexen Systemlandschaften sowie agilen und hybriden Projektmethoden
- Fundierte Kenntnisse im Einsatz von Testmanagement-Tools wie Jira/Xray, HP ALM oder RQM
- Grundverständnis von Testautomatisierung und CI/CD
- Ausgezeichnete Kommunikations- und Moderationsfähigkeiten sowie Erfahrung im Stakeholder-Management
