For our dynamic team, we are looking for a dedicated Web Developer with a clear frontend focus to create excellent digital experiences together and help shape our mission ‘Your Success is Our Banana’ on a daily basis.

As a Web Developer with a frontend focus at Blue Monkeys, you will play a key role in the technical implementation of our digital projects. Your tasks include:

• Development and implementation of tailor-made WordPress custom themes incl. integration of Elementor Pagebuilder
• Ensuring an optimal user experience on all end devices (responsive design)
• Selection, adaptation and integration of WordPress plugins
• PHP programming for the realisation of web applications and interfaces
• Maintenance of existing customer websites

Necessary qualifications:

• Sound web development experience with a clear frontend focus (HTML, CSS and JavaScript)
• Several years of experience in the development of Wordpress websites
• Experience with common extensions (ACF / Elementor / Woocommerce)
• Very good programming skills in PHP and JS
• You work extremely reliably and value quality
• SEO basics

An advantage, but not a must:

• German language skills
• Experience with modern frontend technologies such as React (Next) or Vue.js (Nuxt)
• Experience with Laravel
