Aufgaben

We are looking for a motivated Working Student to support the implementation of a Document Management System (DMS) in Microsoft SharePoint. This role involves designing and configuring document libraries, setting up workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows), and potentially creating user-friendly interfaces with Power Apps. You will work closely with our team to ensure a smooth and efficient setup that meets organizational needs.

• Assist in the setup and configuration of SharePoint-based DMS.
• Create and manage document libraries, metadata, and permissions.
• Develop automated workflows using Power Automate (Cloud Flows).
• Support the design of interfaces for improved user experience.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to gather requirements and ensure proper documentation.
• Test and validate solutions to ensure functionality and compliance.
• Provide basic training and user support during rollout.

Qualifikationen

• Enrolled student in IT, Business Informatics, or a related field.
• Good understanding of Microsoft 365 environment (SharePoint, Power Automate, Power Apps).
• Strong IT affinity and willingness to learn new tools.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Ability to work independently and manage tasks effectively.
• Basic knowledge of data security and compliance is a plus.
• Language skills: English is required for communication with international teams.German is a strong advantage.
