As an Operations Manager you will work together with our IT team to ensure that our digital workplaces run smoothly and securely for over 22,000 colleagues – from physical clients to virtual environments. You serve as the interface between technology, operations, and our external partners.

What to do:

• You support the setup and operation of a resilient and secure digital workplace system.
• You take responsibility for incident and problem management – internally and with our IT providers.
• You actively contribute to compliance and audit topics.
• You monitor critical infrastructure and cloud connections – ensuring everything runs smoothly.
• You manage modern security solutions such as web gateways, cloud access brokers, and ZTNA (Zero Trust Network Access).

You check these boxes:

• Initial experience in operating Microsoft client/server environments.
• Interest in network technology (TCP/IP, DNS, firewalls, cloud access).
• Willingness to take responsibility based on analytical thinking and a solution-oriented working style.
• Knowledge in monitoring and performance optimization is desirable.
• Basic knowledge of patch and policy management (Microsoft) is an advantage.
• Ideally, experience working with external service providers and in audits.
• Very good German skills (at least B2) and good English skills.
• Willingness to work on-site in Vienna and Bratislava.

• A competitive and performance-related salary dependent on your professional and personal qualifications is granted - we are obliged by law to quote the minimum wage of EUR 2.200,- gross per month for this full time position.
