What You Can Achieve with Us
In this role, you take on a central function at the interface between technology, development, and the customer. You ensure the installation, maintenance, diagnosis, and troubleshooting of our systems, assist with upgrades and tests, and ensure that technical requirements are implemented efficiently and solution-oriented.
Your Responsibilities at a Glance:
- Installation, maintenance, repair, and servicing of UAS systems in compliance with specified standards and guidelines
- Execution of technical support missions domestically and internationally
- Fault diagnosis and troubleshooting on-site or during customer deployments
- Execution of hardware and software upgrades
- Direct technical communication with customers as part of support activities
- Setup and operation of test systems as well as installation and testing of prototypes
- Setup and support of IP networks in the UAS environment
- Identification, documentation, and forwarding of technical errors to internal interfaces
- Creation and review of technical documentation and verification documents
- Handling customer inquiries up to second-level support
- Ensuring professional and timely support processing with high customer orientation
What You Should Bring
- Completed technical education, preferably in the field of electrical engineering, communications engineering, or mechatronics
- Experience in handling test equipment such as multimeters, oscilloscopes, or frequency measuring devices
- Good technical system understanding in the areas of electronics, software, and mechanics
- Basic knowledge of networks, network components, and network protocols
- Ideally, experience with analysis tools such as Wireshark, HTerm, or similar tools
- Basic knowledge of MPEG2TS video transmission is an advantage
- Proficient use of MS Office
- Very good English skills in spoken and written form
- Independent, structured , and solution-oriented working style
- High customer orientation , flexibility , and commitment
- Intercultural competence and professional demeanor in an international environment
- Enthusiasm for international travel of up to approximately 40%
- Ability to obtain an Austrian security clearance
