Chief Medical Secretary (m/f/d)

• Independent and autonomous organization of the clinic director's office and private consultation hours
• Arrangement and coordination of internal and external appointments for the clinic director's office
• Independent recording of billing figures according to GoÄ, recording of the clinic's requests for expert opinions
• Public relations (maintenance of the website), organization of events
• Project management assistance, preparation and implementation of meetings and events

• Several years of professional experience in a secretarial office, preferably in a clinic, in combination with completed vocational training
• Confident knowledge of PC applications (MS Office package)
• Personal, methodical and social skills
• Willingness for further education and training round off your profile
• Legally required proof of immunization against measles
