Researcher/Data Manager (m/f/d)

What you do with us:

• Setting up and maintaining the in-house transaction, property and market database as well as the news archive
• Intensive reading, analysis and preparation of press releases and editorial content
• Independent, targeted and thorough research via databases, search engines and communication with your own (still growing) network of experts
• Checking and collecting real estate-related data for IZ Research's digital products
• Preparation of editorial content for the databases and websites
• Maintenance and further development of the in-house content management system and its content with a view to the data requirements of our clients
• Development and support of own projects for the development of new data content
• Collaboration with software development and product management to expand and optimize the iz-research.com website

When you fit in with us:

• You work thoroughly, independently and goal-oriented - and always think a few steps ahead
• You have a good understanding of database-related tasks and feel comfortable in structured environments
• You have research experience, a good analytical understanding and know how to use search engines efficiently
• You have a high online affinity as well as confidence in using common browsers and MS Office applications (especially Excel) and ideally experience with GIS applications
• You are not afraid to contact the right people by email or phone - even if the majority of your work involves reading and evaluating data
• You have an excellent understanding of text and an excellent command of the German language (C2 level written and spoken)
• You are a team player with high social skills and a pleasant communication style
