For our Global IT division at our headquarters in Wiesbaden (Germany), we are looking for you as soon as possible.

As Team Lead IT – Supply Chain Applications, you will take full ownership of our global Supply Chain application landscape and lead an international (partly virtual) team of IT professionals. You combine strong leadership capabilities with deep functional expertise in SAP Supply Chain modules. In this role, you act as the main IT partner for the business, ensuring stable operations while continuously driving innovation and process improvements across the global organization.

Your Tasks

• Disciplinary and technical leadership of a local and globally distributed (virtual) Supply Chain IT team
• Development, coaching, and career support of team members, including performance management
• Definition of goals, prioritization of initiatives, and effective resource allocation
• Main IT contact for Supply Chain business departments (e.g., Production, Logistics, Procurement)
• Management and alignment of business requirements, ensuring translation into scalable IT solutions
• Overall responsibility for SAP Supply Chain applications
• Continuous optimization and stabilization of Supply Chain systems and processes
• Establishment and development of a global IT community within Supply Chain
• Evaluation of technology trends and driving innovation and technical improvements
• Coordination and steering of external partners and vendors where applicable

Your Profile

• University degree in Computer Science, Business Informatics, Engineering, or a comparable qualification
• Minimum 5 years of relevant professional experience in SAP Supply Chain environments
• Strong functional expertise in SAP MM and SAP PP (EWM is a plus)Experience in building and developing global communities and centralized structures
• Strong skills in goal setting, prioritization, and structured decision-making
• Experience in requirements engineering and stakeholder management
• Solid understanding of technology management and innovation processes
• Service-oriented mindset, strong communication and stakeholder management skills
• Proficiency in English and German
