For Helios Helios Verwaltung Hessen GmbH, we are looking for a full-time Team Leader Complaints MD Procedure & MD Administration (m/f/d) for the Hildesheim/Kassel/Gifhorn sites at the earliest possible date.

• Together with your team, you will ensure the timely dispatch of documents to the MD and the timely complaints process
• You are the first point of contact for your team in all technical and organizational matters and coordinate with the other team leaders and the division management regarding the standardized procedure
• You act as a contact person both internally and externally for all questions relating to the complaints process and conduct
• conduct settlement negotiations with cost bearers independently
• You report regularly to hospital management and thus contribute to improving coding quality
• You will continue to expand and develop your team

• Successfully completed training or studies in the medical field, alternatively in the commercial field with additional medical qualifications
• Ideally several years of management experience and experience in change management
• Very good knowledge of the G-DRG system and the applicable coding and billing rules
• Strong medical expertise and the ability to analyze complex issues in a structured manner
• Confident negotiator, convincing communication skills and ability to work in a team - especially in exchanges with payers and in cross-location collaboration
• A high level of personal responsibility, goal orientation and an efficient, structured way of working
• You have the legally required proof of immunization against measles
