We from the internal IT team are looking for a working student in Technical Support for hardware provisioning and 1st level support, among other things. You will help our employees, whether developers or chefs, to solve problems relating to the IT infrastructure and keep the systems up to date. In addition to deep insights into the entire IT processes, you can also expect a relaxed working atmosphere, a lot of flexibility, a good learning culture and a great team!

Your job

• You are responsible for hardware provisioning (macOS and Windows)
• You will work in 1st level support and user management
• You gain deep insights into our entire IT processes and services
• You will work on the IT infrastructure, networking, automation (CI/CD pipelines) and IT security

What you bring along

• Enrolment in a computer science or comparable degree programme as well as time and desire to support our team with approx. 20 hours/week
• Strong ability to work in a team
• Confident, friendly and patient demeanour towards employees and service providers
• Communicative personality
• Pragmatic approach and structured working style
• Very good German and good written and spoken English skills
