What we expect

• Complete management and responsibility for international export orders: from ordering and shipping in Asia to on-time delivery to Arab and African target markets
• Independent handling of all customs procedures and communication with authorities, customs, and chambers of commerce and industry
• Involvement in the expansion of the export division with a focus on international markets in Asia, Arabia, and Africa
• Organization and ensuring the correct handling of international dangerous goods transports
• Preparation of quotations, order confirmations, delivery notes, invoices, and customs documents
• Processing and coordination of international customer orders from order receipt to delivery
• Ensuring smooth communication with customers, suppliers, and freight forwarders to guarantee punctual transport
• Supporting the sales force with your export expertise
• Commercial processing of complaints and solution-oriented clarification of queries

Your skills

• Completed vocational training, ideally as a freight forwarding agent (m/f/d) or in the commercial sector
• Fluent Arabic skills and very good written and spoken German and English skills
• In-depth experience in export business with Asia, Arabia, and Africa (import, customs clearance, declaration)
• Knowledge of foreign trade law and international understanding of customs and transport processes
• Structured, solution-oriented approach to work with organizational skills and quick comprehension
• Strong communication skills, ability to work in a team, and commercial and technical understanding
• Very good knowledge of MS Office applications
