What we expect

• You will take on administrative tasks in the area of human resources, such as drawing up employment contracts, references and other relevant personnel documents.
• You will maintain and update master data in our HR system.
• You will actively support us in preparing the monthly payroll.
• You will assist with recruitment and coordinate appointments.
• You will be available to our employees and external partners.
• You will help maintain and digitise our personnel files.
• You will contribute your ideas to our HR projects and help to further optimise the department.

Your skills

• A completed commercial apprenticeship or degree
• Experience in human resources
• Reliability, initiative and a structured approach to work
• Team player mentality
• A clear head, even in stressful situations
• Confident use of MS Office and good German and English skills
