To strengthen our team, we are currently looking for a Team Leader / Production Foreman (m/f/d)

What we expect

• You plan production, employee deployment, and material picking on an order-by-order basis, including complete documentation.
• You organize efficient production processes: line operation, personnel and material deployment.
• You ensure that product quality and quantity as well as delivery dates are met
• You process production orders based on parts lists, drawings, or work plans
• You create and optimize machine programs and operate our CNC-controlled machines for processing insulation materials

Your skills

• Completed training in a skilled trade or technical profession (e.g., carpentry, insulation, wood technology)
• Ideally with a master craftsman's certificate or comparable experience as a foreman or team leader
• Experience in technical insulation and CNC assembly
• In-depth knowledge of programming and operating CNC machines
• A structured, independent, and solution-oriented approach to work
• You are a strong communicator, responsible, and a team player
• You have very good written and spoken German skills
• A forklift license is an advantage
