We are looking for an intern (m/f/d) to support the Training Department of Kärcher in Spain for a period of 6 months. The majority of the internship will be completed on-site in Spain.

This is how you WOW:

• You will work with us to structure the various local training programs for our employees in Spain - from e-learning to product and service training.

• You will support the migration of product and service trainings into our global standard system, SuccessFactors Learning, thereby contributing to the phasing out of the local tool currently used for this purpose.

• You will provide procedural support for the replacement of the current local Learning Management System used for product and service trainings.

• Last but not least, you will assist in the transfer of historical data from the local system to SuccessFactors Learning.

It would be WOW if you bring this in:

• The success of your previous theoretical education is based on a high degree of willingness to learn, enthusiasm, and motivation.

• You impress with good academic performance in Business Administration (with a focus on HR), Economics, Social Sciences, Pedagogy, or a comparable field of study.

• Structured thinking and proactive action are among your qualities, as are strong problem-solving skills and team spirit combined with intercultural openness.

• You possess very good German and good Spanish and English language skills.

• You are confident in using modern software (MS Office, Google Workspace, and virtual communication tools).
